Cowduck Wit

Cowduck is a straighforward Belgian wit with the typical cloudy appearance due to the large amount of wheat used in the recipe and a fruity yeast character. The orange peal and coridaner, which are traditonal ingredients in witbiers, were tossed (who like coriander, anyway?) in favor of a large dose of Mandarina Bavaria dry hops to give the beer the characteristic orange-y flavor to compliment the esters from the yeast.
