Frank from Akron

A baltic porter that goes into the fermenter as a, well, pretty straighforward baltic porter. It’s a good beer just as it is, but it could use something… so into cabernet sauvignon barrels it goes, which adds some oak-y notes along with dark fruit flavors that are left over from the wine that once inhabited the barrels.
